Heart Cork Wreaths

Image
HEART CORK WREATHS So when you have lots of wine bottles, you also have lots of corks!  One thing I love about the corks that come out of different wine bottles is the different designs, or colors of them.  I like to mix them up when I make these wreaths. When you get a cork out of a red wine bottle, you will have different colors based on the intensity of the wine.  Each winery has a unique design on their corks, or they use just a plain cork with no design.  If you look at this wreath, you will notice that the ends of some of the corks have a design but most have designs on the sides of the cork.  I have one of these cute wreaths hanging in my kitchen.  You could put a bow or ribbon it it, but I just hung it a bit off center (like it is shown above) on a nail.  These wreaths are just $9.95 a piece. Tiki Torches

TIKI TORCHES My family loves outdoor rooms!  We love to sit out on the decks and enjoy music as well as have family time!  And along with that, we love to have light and not bugs.  These tiki torches can be filled with citronella oil so that when they are burned, the bugs will stay away!  These bottles are wrapped with a thick burlap rope.  They have a brass top that holds a cotton/fiberglass wick.   These are a great addition to any romantic night, or just a night that you want to enjoy the outside and nature. These tiki torches are $15.00 each or two for $25.00.   Hugs, Meg

RECYCLED WINE BOTTLE CANDLES: To say that my husband and I like to drink wine is an understatement!  We love to visit the wineries around the area of our cabin and in Western North Carolina.  One of the places that we love more than anything is a little boutique winery about 12 minutes from our cabin called Silver Fork Winery. The views are amazing from this little winery.  So with all of the wine we are drinking, and our friends are drinking as well, we have been saving the bottles and have started making crafts with them. Dave has learned to cut the glass bottles and we are making several different kinds of crafts with them. The first item that we are making is the recycled wine bottle candle.  We have three difference scents at this time:  Christmas Cottage, White Zinfandel, and Tuscan Wine.  We will be adding Lemon Verbena and Gardenia this Spring.  If there are other scents that you would love to have, we can add those as well. ...
